  • Ice cubes

Equipment:

  • Bowl or matcha bowl (chawan)
  • Nitrovana dispenser
  • Nitro chargers

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Matcha:

    • Sift 1 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl to remove any clumps.
    • Add 2 oz of hot water (175°F/80°C) to the bowl.
    • Whisk the matcha using a matcha whisk in a zigzag motion until it becomes frothy.
  2. Combine with Cold Water:

    • Pour the frothy matcha into a separate container.
    • Add 6 oz of cold water to the matcha and stir well to combine.
    • If desired, sweeten the mixture with honey or simple syrup to taste.
  3. Prepare the Nitro Dispenser:

    • Pour the matcha mixture into the Nitrovana.
    • Add a few ice cubes to the dispenser to chill the mixture.
    • Charge the dispenser with a nitro charger.
    • Shake the dispenser vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to infuse the nitrogen.
  4. Serve:

    • Dispense the nitro matcha tea into a glass by flipping the dispenser upside down and gradually pulling the trigger.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, frothy texture of the nitro matcha tea.
