Perfect Matcha Tea Recipe

Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 oz hot water (not boiling, about 175°F/80°C)
- 6 oz cold water
- 1-2 tsp honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Ice cubes
Equipment:
- Matcha whisk (or a small whisk)
- Bowl or matcha bowl (chawan)
- Nitrovana dispenser
- Nitro chargers

Prepare the Matcha:
- Sift 1 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl to remove any clumps.
- Add 2 oz of hot water (175°F/80°C) to the bowl.
- Whisk the matcha using a matcha whisk in a zigzag motion until it becomes frothy.

- Pour the frothy matcha into a separate container.
- Add 6 oz of cold water to the matcha and stir well to combine.
- If desired, sweeten the mixture with honey or simple syrup to taste.

- Add a few ice cubes to the dispenser to chill the mixture.
