The Smoothest Pina Colada Recipe

Ingredients (1 serving):

• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz heavy cream
• Ice cubes
• Pineapple slice (for garnish)
• Cherry (for garnish)

Equipment:

• Nitrovana dispenser
• Nitro chargers
• Hurricane glass

Instructions:

1. Mix the Ingredients:

   • In a separate container, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and heavy cream. Stir well.

2. Prepare the Nitrovana Dispenser:

   • Pour the mixture into the Nitrovana.
   • Add a few ice cubes to the dispenser to chill the mixture.
   • Charge the dispenser with a nitro charger.
   • Shake the dispenser vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to infuse the nitrogen.

3. Serve:

   • Take a hurricane glass and flip the dispenser upside down, pointing the tip into the glass.
   • Gradually pull the trigger to dispense the nitro pina colada into the glass.
